SOLCTZN is a living nation, and like any nation, it grows in phases. From the moment of launch, we’re building layer by layer. These aren’t just development steps — they’re chapters in a shared story. Each phase brings the republic closer to maturity.

We don’t drop utility. We drop culture. We don’t promise roadmaps. We live through phases.

Here’s how our nation grows:

🚀 Phase 1: Migration Begins

Objective: Launch token, open the gates to citizenship, and seed the culture.

  • Publish GitBook and the constitution

  • Launch Padlet map for global pinning

  • Open the X Community for early citizens

  • Host “Migration Week” on X

    • Daily posting prompts (flags, cities, memes)

    • Airdrop-based incentives for early posters

This phase is about vibes over features. Early citizens aren’t waiting for a product — they’re becoming the product.

🌍 Phase 2: The Nation Maps Itself

Objective: Establish digital presence, identity, and storytelling.

  • Weekly map milestones (regional chapters, top-pinned countries)

  • Culture raids using #SOLCTZN

  • Early lore creation (citizen roles, districts, flags)

  • Meme campaigns by region

  • Highlight citizen stories (via tweets, videos, or shoutouts)

In this phase, we map the movement. This is where the republic becomes visible.

Objective: Build identity layers that last beyond the token.

  • Mint community-created lore into zines or PDFs

  • Launch unofficial districts or embassy groups

  • Introduce “Citizen Roles” (raider, mapmaker, meme officer)

  • Create digital flags and district seals

  • Limited drops or recognition for high-contributing citizens

We don’t need formal governance. We need cultural legitimacy. That’s what this phase is about.

Objective: Let the community evolve the nation in their own image.

  • Optional community tools (district map layers, leaderboards)

This is where the nation starts feeling alive, like it can’t be stopped. Not by charts. Not by trends. Not by time.
