📜 The Constitution

Preamble

We, the citizens of SOLCTZN, in pursuit of sovereignty, culture, and digital belonging, do hereby declare this Constitution as the living document of our decentralized republic.

We are not governed — we are united. Not by law, but by principle. Not by location, but by belief. We reject borders, bureaucracy, and control in favor of self-expression, voluntary participation, and shared identity on the Solana blockchain.

Let it be known: to hold $SOLCTZN is to hold citizenship. To act is to build the republic.

Article I: Citizenship

1. Any individual who holds $SOLCTZN is a citizen of the Republic.

2. No government or authority may revoke, censor, or deny this citizenship.

3. Citizenship is open, voluntary, and decentralized.

4. There shall be no border, no physical requirement, and no registration necessary beyond the on-chain proof of holding the token.
